The Grow Depot accepts returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase. You will be refunded once the item has been received and found to be in unused/unopened condition. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Within 5 business days of The Grow Depot receiving the return a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

A refund confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the refund has been processed. Your financial institution may take added time to process the refund to your account.

There is no return, refund or exchange on nutrients and special order items.

Before returning any items, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.

Customer Service is very important to The Grow Depot, if there is anything wrong with your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

The Grow Depot reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.
